Our story

LFG began as a family business with a simple commitment: take ownership of the work and leave every property better, safer and ready for its next step. Over more than six years, that commitment has expanded across construction, maintenance, preservation, cleaning and real estate investment.
Today, we coordinate multiple field teams and support homeowners, investors, banks, asset managers and national property organizations across Florida. We work in English, Portuguese and Spanish, while keeping the same direct, accountable approach that shaped the company from the beginning.
